Washington District 1 Umpires Information

Umpire Background Checks:
To be eligible to umpire District 1 Tournament games in 2011, you must complete a Lexis Nexis background check through District 1.  This includes submitting a 2011 Little League Volunteer Application and a copy of a Photo ID.    

For umpires who plan on working TOC games, this information needs to be in by May 19th and for All Stars by June 24th.  Completed paperwork may be e-mailed to me at washingtondistrict1ll@comcast.net or faxed to me at (425)745-0482.  Please set your fax machine to fine resolution when faxing photo ID's.  I will mail the District cards to you once I have completed the checks.

The 2011 District 1 Rules and Umpire Mechanics Clinic will be held from Saturday, March 5th from 8:30 AN to 4:30 PM and Sunday, March 6th from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Alderwood Manor Youth Club.  Registration begins on Saturday at 7:30 AM.  Registration is $25.00 if pre-paid and $30.00 at the door.  Click here for the registration form.  There will also be a 90' Pitching Rules and Mechanics session on Friday March 4th from 6:30 - 9:00 PM at no additional charge.
