Washington District 1 Information
Background Checks:
To be eligible to umpire District 1
Interleague or Tournament games, you must complete a National Sex Offender
Registry and Washington State Patrol background check through District 1.
This includes submitting a Little League Volunteer
Application, District 1 Release
Form and a copy of a Photo ID.
For umpires who plan on working TOC games, this information needs to be in by
May 19th and for All Stars by June 24th. Completed paperwork may be
e-mailed to me at
washingtondistrict1ll@comcast.net or faxed to me at (425)745-0482.
Please set your fax machine to fine resolution when faxing photo ID's. I
will mail the District cards to you once I have completed the checks.
